Kneeling Postures

From a kneeling position:

 

Balasana (Child Pose):
Rest in this pose whenever you feel like it.
Simhasana (Lion Pose):
Go for it - roar!
Ushtrasana (Camel Pose):
Tilt your pelvis. Lift your sternum.
Ushtrasana (Camel Pose):
Do not twist on the entrance and exit. Careful with your neck and head.
Supta Virasana (Reclining Hero Pose):
Great stretch, watch your knees.
